Definitions
Service
The Service refers to off-platform, external promotional campaigns intended to increase exposure, traffic, and visibility signals for a public IMDb profile or IMDbPro page.
Client
“Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual purchasing services and submitting a public IMDb profile link.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent. You must have the authority to promote the IMDb page submitted. You may not provide content violating laws, IMDb rules, or copyright ownership.
Service Description
We promote your publicly accessible IMDb profile through targeted marketing, social media exposure, networking circles, industry-relevant traffic funnels, and off-platform visibility boosters designed to influence your STARmeter ranking indirectly by increasing profile interactions.
We do not access your IMDb or IMDbPro account, request credentials, or alter your page in any way.
We cannot guarantee a specific STARmeter rank, rating, or numerical change. Ranking systems fluctuate based on IMDb algorithms, industry activity, film releases, and external data trends.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide a valid, publicly accessible IMDb link.
- Ensure you have permission to promote the profile.
- Submit only lawful, non-misleading information.
- Acknowledge that results depend on algorithmic and external factors outside our control.
Visibility Metrics & Expectations
We guarantee promotional activity (traffic campaigns) but do not guarantee:
- specific STARmeter ranking changes,
- casting outcomes, representation, or industry contacts,
- IMDbPro analytics or data changes.
Your order is complete once the agreed visibility campaign is delivered.
Prohibited Content
We may refuse Service for profiles involving:
- illegal or defamatory material,
- impersonation or fraudulent identity claims,
- hate-based or extremist content,
- copyright violations or falsified credits.
If detected prior to campaign start, a full refund is issued. If discovered mid-campaign, we may stop service with a partial refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Refunds may be requested prior to campaign completion. Once visibility delivery is achieved, refunds are not available except under special circumstances outlined in the Refund Policy.
Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including changes to ranking systems or industry impacts. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Boost Starmeter against any legal claims resulting from misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved in the same jurisdiction unless agreed otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
